Volcanic Yeast Starter!

Quick video on my first official yeast starter. It went crazy! I top cropped some Safale US-05 yeast, and it took off like a rocket. Enjoy the video!       I’m brewing a version of Pulque, a native drink of Mexico. It uses 100% Agave Nectar. I’ll keep you posted on how it turns out.
