HERMES Automated Homebrewing System
I stumbled across a video today of an incredible homebrewing system created by a few guys on a homebrewing forum I frequent, HomeBrewTalk.com. This is definitely taking the hobby to the next level! Jay Maslar and Brett Martin created this HERMES 2.0 system, which is a custom built brew controller for their nano brewery, Black Heart Brewery. Enjoy the video!

My heavens! This is what happens when engineers get together. What a sweet, sweet set-up. It’s too bad they’re based out of Binghamton (NY?). I have a feeling it may be awhile before a distributor makes it out to IL.
