Southern Tier 2XIPA Craft Beer Review
Today, Ryan and I review the Southern Tier 2XIPA, a Double IPA coming from Southern Tier Brewing Company in Lakewood, NY. This 8.2% ABV Double IPA features 4 hops and 3 malts. Here is some information about the 2XIPA on Southern Tier‘s site:
Not quite an imperial, but certainly not a standard India pale ale. Our double IPA is a hop lovers dream. Citrusy and clean with an incredible finish.

I feel like I’m just hanging out with you in your back yard. I just wish you’d pour one for me.
I’m thinking about brewing up a double IPA here pretty soon, and have been sampling various beers for inspiration. I think I’ll have to hit up my local Total Wine and see if they have this one on the shelf.
