Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze Belgian Beer Review
This week, Ryan and I review Oud Beersel Oude Gueuze, which happens to be the first review of a gueuze on Beer Review Dude. This was a very unique beer, but we both really enjoyed it. We are definitely both becoming huge fans of sour beers, and will be featuring more sour and wild beer reviews in the future. Check out our review above for details.

I recently gave away a bottle of this in bottle swap between a group of beer bloggers. This was the first beer my wife drank when we got to Gent in Belgium.
So how do you pronounce gueuze? Well even the women who took us on the tour of Cantillon pronounced in differnt 2 times! I’m still not sure?
Great video guys.
I pronounce it “goo-ze”, not sure if that’s correct or not. Thanks for commenting!
In fact, the pronounciation is difficult for people with English as first language.
The ‘ueu’-part is something between u and oo.
Thus between Gus and Goose.
In doubt go for Gus…and try it with the longer sss-sound of goose.
Kind regards,

Thanks for that, Herman!
